Question Ideas
Let us say that you are looking to purchase a new piece of technology or you want to know the best method for hiring a new employee. These are typical questions posed by Advisor Network members.
For technology, give us some background info, such as what you firm size is, what you intend to use the technology for, what your computer systems are setup to do, etc. So that we do not have to go back and forth with emails, provide us what you can in the beginning.
For process, let us know what you are trying to accomplish and why. What are you struggling with that a process or procedure might solve. Tell us as much as you can to give us a chance to answer your question correctly and quickly.
For management, give us some background on your situation. How many employees do you manage, how many producers, what are the management challenges you want to fix, etc.
For design, let us know the background of your office configuration and issues. If you can submit a drawing or other means of letting us see your design issue, it will be a help.
You can ask any question that has to do with operations. We will do our best to answer it. If we cannot, we will certainly do our best to refer you to someone who can.
We welcome your questions and urge you to use this value aspect of your membership.
Hoping to hear from you,
